Payment Options

Horse with ribbon 1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.

2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

If you need help finding insurance for your horse, please contact us at (973) 209-4994.

If your horse is insured, please contact your insurance company to open a claim. Provide your Insurance representative with our information (Name, address, email, and fax number). So they may contact us.

All services rendered by Woods End Equine Veterinary Services must be paid in full. For insured horses, the insurance adjuster will contact us and then reimburse you directly.
